Later replays: return whenever you feel uncertain, emotional, or called to revisit guidance.
Listen in a quiet, comfortable space - never while driving or multitasking.
Treat it as meditation: close your eyes, breathe slowly, and let the words wash over you.
Each replay reveals new layers; your conscious mind integrates more every time.
